Schedules of Condition

 

Before accepting a lease on any commercial building review the repair clauses.  Before occupation ensure the condition of the property is fully assessed and recorded.

 

Without a suitable inspection there is a risk of expensive Dilapidations claims during or at the end of the lease.

Schedule of dilapidations

 

At the termination of the lease if you are a landlord and in accordance with the lease terms you require reinstatement of the property and/ or repairs following alterations or lack of maintenace by the occupier.
